Terms of sale
These terms of sale govern purchases made on GiftyPlay. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Purpose
GiftyPlay lets a "Creator" personalize an interactive web mini-game and make it accessible, via a unique link or QR code, to a recipient of their choice, with no sign-up or download required for the recipient.
Service description
The Creator chooses a game template, personalizes it (text, questions, photos, videos depending on the template), then chooses a hosting duration (7 days, 1 month, or 1 year). The game stays in draft status, not publicly accessible, until payment is confirmed.
Price and payment
Game hosting is currently free: no payment is required to create and publish a game. The Creator is informed of this before publishing.
Hosting duration and expiry
While free hosting is offered, the game remains accessible at its link/QR code for 14 days from publication. After that period, the game is no longer accessible to players. The Creator may create a new game at any time; there is no automatic renewal.
Right of withdrawal
This clause concerns games published for payment. As long as no payment is required for hosting, it does not apply.
Liability
GiftyPlay does its best to ensure the service is available and works properly, without guaranteeing continuous availability. GiftyPlay cannot be held liable for content (text, photos, videos) added by the Creator, who remains solely responsible for the rights associated with that content and its lawfulness.
Intellectual property
The templates, game engine, and all technical and graphic elements of GiftyPlay remain the property of its publisher. Purchasing a game only grants a right to use the personalized game during the chosen hosting duration, excluding any other right.
Personal data
Data submitted when ordering (email, payment information) is processed by GiftyPlay and its payment provider Stripe strictly to process the order. TODO: detail this processing in a dedicated privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
TODO: specify the governing law and the competent jurisdiction or dispute-resolution process (consumer mediation, competent courts) once the publisher's legal status and country of establishment are confirmed.

Changes to these terms
GiftyPlay reserves the right to change these terms of sale at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
