Intellectual property
The site's structure, game templates, text, visuals, and graphic elements of GiftyPlay belong to its publisher, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is prohibited. Photos, videos, and text added by a creator when personalizing a game remain their property or that of the relevant rights holders.
Personal data
The site uses Supabase (authentication, database) and Stripe (payment) to operate. An audience-measurement cookie (Google Analytics) is only set after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Any signed-in creator can, from the "My account" page, export their personal data or permanently delete their account (right to erasure). TODO: write and publish a privacy policy detailing all personal data processing (purposes, retention periods, user rights) in line with GDPR.
Governing law
